Shipping

Most of our orders are shipped via Australia Post.   However, there may be instances where we cannot send via Australia Post and will choose to use a courier instead.

Processing time

We aim to prepare an order witin 5 business days however this is dependant upon the item and can vary.    Custom orders may take longer and during peak periods, this timeline may be extended.   If there are any delays in dispatch, we will be in contact. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, exchanges, refunds

We accept returns and exchanges if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of damaged item.  Any items accepted for return and/or exchange must be received by R&N Collective within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item and the item must be returned in its original condition. 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to change of mind.  

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.    Please ensure that you have checked the custom/personalised information before checkout e.g. design, colour, name, text.  

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will try to work out the best resolution to the situation. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
